Alessandra Gavriloiu, SFS/MSB ’29 Major: BGA Minor(s)/Concentration(s): TBD International issue(s) of interest: I’ve been really interested in Eastern European politics, considering my Romanian heritage. I think it’s an area we need to be paying attention to, especially with the continuation of the war between Russia and Ukraine. Fun fact: I did synchronized swimming for nine years!
Amelia Carnahan, SFS ’29 Major: CULP Minor(s)/Concentration(s): French & Psychology International issue(s) of interest: I am passionate about strengthening postpartum mental health treatment in countries facing humanitarian crises, where new mothers often lack access to essential care. Fun fact: I ADORE crocheting; I make clothes, stuffed animals, accessories, and so much more!
Anwen Williams, SFS ‘29 Major: RCST Minor(s)/Concentration(s): Statistics & Chinese International issue(s) of interest: I’m passionate about Chinese propaganda both domestically and outward-facing, especially as it relates to their skewed coverage of ethnic minorities and human rights abuses. Fun fact: I have two cats (Balls and Johnny) and I can do the splits!

Fun fact: I have tried more than 10 sports!

Fun fact: I have a black belt in Taekwondo!
Colleen Schweninger, SFS ’28 Major: RCST Minor(s)/Concentration(s): Russian & German International issue(s) of interest: I’m passionate about how states, nonprofits, and religious organizations can promote development in former crisis zones. Fun fact: I’ve been to 46 states!
